HD Thermoregulation units can be employed in all those production processes where the automatic regulation of working temperature is required. Armoured heating elements provide for the heating, while the cooling down is obtained by means of heat exchangers or direct water injection; a microprocessor controls the temperature of the fluid.
HD and HD/I models have stainless steel open tanks for the fluids. HDM and HDP models are equipment in closed circuit complying with pressure equipment and devices (PED) standards. All thermoregulators can be realized with PC interfaced controls.

These plants are designed and manufactured according to Customers’/Constructors’ specific requirements. They are employed in those working processes where precise settings are required to control the machine tools.
 

FRESH RA/HD is PGV newly designed equipment. It is fit for thermorefrigerate dies requiring low working temperatures. This small-size equipment is equipped with a water condensation system, it is to be charged with a non-freezing solution and can be connected to a cooling circuit with convector. Working temperature: +5°/+80°C
