RH/C
technical denomination identifies the water and
non-freezing fluids refrigerators for closed circuits,
manufactured by PGV for cooling capacity from 3Kw. RH/C
is the ideal equipment whenever refrigerating fluids are
to be employed in the production cycle conditioning, at
controlled and constant temperatures. RH/C refrigerators
can be placed both indoors and outdoors and ensure a
perfect control over their operation thanks to a
microprocessor system that allows the visual detection
of anomalies by means of a check-up function, and the
restoring of alarms directly by the user thanks to a
“reset” microkey.

Modular galvanized structures, employed starting from
RH/C7 model; semi-hermetical compressors produced by
Italian leading Companies; evaporators with removable
tube nest; low-noise centrifugal fans, and possibility
to duct air; expansion vessel with level controller;
prearrangement for parallel connection; double and
independent refrigeration circuits with reducible power
for models starting from RH/C25-2; by-pass valves on the
hydraulic circuits to keep the evaporator capacity
constant. Every equipment is manufactured in compliance
with the new PED standards

PGV
manufactures two energy-saving plants: the former is
RH/C free-cooling, composed of a single structure; the
latter couples a RH/C refrigerator with a convector. All
these systems exploit wintry cold air as a cooling means
thus leading to lower consumption in comparison with the
traditional plants with frigorific compressor.
A Free-cooling equipment looks like a normal
refrigerator with a built-in air-water exchange coil,
but each time the external air temperature is lower than
the return temperature from a client equipment a special
valve diverts the fluid to the additional coil thus
excluding the functioning of the refrigeration group.

The mixed
plant, convector – refrigerator, is ideal to cool down
the oils of hydraulic power plants and the presses dies.
It is possible to connect two hydraulic circuits by
means of a PGV conceived switching system, so that
during wintertime the convector cools also the dies,
while during summertime the refrigerator helps to cool
down the oil. This kind of equipment allows an electric
power saving up to 50%. |
