The
range of PGV vacuum loaders has been designed to be
the best response to the request of advanced solutions
for the automatic loading of granulated or ground
plastic materials. The loading system is operated by a
vacuum system. The loaders are available both mono-phase
and tri-phase, with motors assembled either on the
cyclone. The loading cyclones are entirely made of
stainless steel and their structure is modular. The
whole range of loaders is equipped with and electronic
card, PGV know how, which provides for: signalling
material lack, prearrangement for the connection of
mixing valve. |
 |
|
 |
The
rotating mixing valve enables the automatic load of
pure and recycled materials in the desired ratio. The
valve can be assembled either on the cyclone or on a
specific support. Its functioning requires the
availability of a compressed air source – pressure 4/6
bars. |
|
The
dust separation loader is composed of a cyclone
assembled on the press and an aspiration equipment with
a dust container both on a sole base. It can be employed
to work very dusty materials that can damage the
production cycle. Dust is separated from beads in the
cyclone and conveyed to the specific container, which is
equipped with a self-cleaning filter as well as being
easy to reach in order to better comply with the safety
requirements. |

|
The
particularity of PGV cyclones resides in their
structure modularity: standard bases are employed to
obtain different capacities by simply stacking more
rings. The cover is equipped with a pneumatic valve
connected to the aspiration line in order to create
vacuum in each station.

The
loading station is composed of: microprocessor,
vacuum blower, filter and dust container. the
microprocessor enables the selection of a single station
according to the priorities and the regulation of the
working phases interfaced with each cyclone, as well as
the control of the valves to empty the hoses (a major
requirement if dried material is transported). The
vacuum loader is dimensioned according to the actual
capacity and position of the client equipment. The dust
container is made of stainless steel and has a modular
structure with variable capacity. The filter can be
equipped with a compressed-air, flapping or mixed
cleaning system. |
